Cricket Newfoundland and Labrador have announced plans for their summer 20-20 league. Outdoor play in St. John’s needs to start later than in most parts of the country to allow grass to fully establish itself (there’s a frost warning tonight, June 15). Play gets underway this weekend, with a record number of players, allowing a four team league.
