U19s beat USA

The Canadian U19 squad beat the USA by the narrowest of margins in a thrilling finish to go top of the table at the Americas Championship. Canada batted first and were bowled out for 241, Abraash Khan top scoring with 68, and extras contributing 48 (39 wides). Harsh Thaker made 47. Abraash Khan and Suliman Khan destroyed the US upper order quickly reducing them to 10/4 and the game seemed to all purposes over. Alexander Shoff had other ideas, and a brilliant century took them to the brink of victory. With Canada needing one wicket and US 3 runs from the last over, Shoff was run out attempting the tying run. He and Sahil Patel put on 38 for the last wicket.
