An ICC Americas website report indicates Canada’s Harsh Thaker won both batsman of the ICC Americas U19 tournament and MVP of the tournament awards. Sabjot Singh (Canada) was awarded the wicketkeeper of the tournament award. Bermuda’s Chare Smith took the Best Bowler award.
Canada, in addition to qualifying for the 2016 World Under-19 Championship, will compete in the upcoming West Indies Regional tournament. (Canada will fly to Jamaica on July 20.)
