Canada World Cup T20 qualifying campaign ended, perhaps appropriately, with a wash out as their game with Afghanistan abandoned without a ball being bowled. This earned Canada their only point of the tournament. They return home without a win, and with much to do to rebuild a national programme that has seen Canada plummet in the Associate rankings.
